This Saturday, 3 August, is your last chance to use the Priory members’ exclusive registration window for the Fall C&I at the Kennedy Space Center. Seating at the banquet venue overlooking the Kennedy Space Center Rocket Garden is limited to 50 and we currently have 40 seats filled!
On Sunday, 4 August, registration will open to all Knights and Dames in GPUSA. We are fairly certain all remaining available seats will be quickly filled.
I just wanted to be sure you knew about that deadline that is rapidly approaching. Obviously, registration for the event will remain open until will receive 50 or until the final deadline of Wednesday, September 25th – whichever comes first. But we wanted to ensure ample time for Temple Church members to have exclusive registration opportunities before we opened it up to all other Templars this weekend.
Payment is possible using the FREE and totally secure inter-financial institution Zelle application offered by your bank/credit union, or by credit card on the registration page, or you can mail a check to be received in 10 days. All the information is provided on the Registration webpage (see the link at the end of the update).
If you have financial issues that are holding back your registration, please do not hesitate to immediately contact me. If we know about your situation, we can probably figure something out before Saturday!
The C&I is going to be very interesting. In the nearly 10 years I have been a member, I have not attended anything like this one. Obviously, the banquet facility on Kennedy Space Center property is amazing, with the spectacularly illuminated, world-famous Rocket Garden just outside our windows.
And the “hotel village” we selected in nearby Titusville is very much like any “Olympic village” and is especially fitting as the summer games are going on right now in Paris. You have the option to choose your favorite brand from the hotels listed!
Enjoy the Prior’s Reception/Fellowship Dinner on Friday evening at Sonny’s restaurant, a first-of-its-kind fellowship breakfast on Saturday morning at IHOP in the “hotel village,” the Convent and Investiture in the beautiful Chapel at the St. Stephen’s Christian Retreat Center, followed by our Banquet and Auction at the Space Center.
